Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy At Karen Connect, we value our clients’ time and our language professionals’ availability. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests received 48 hours or more before the appointment will not incur a fee. Rescheduled appointments are subject to interpreter availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate unexpected circumstances. No-Shows An appointment is considered a no-show if the client does not attend or cannot be reached at the scheduled time and location without prior notice. No-shows are charged the full service fee. This includes appointments where the interpreter is present or available for a phone or video session, but the client is unreachable. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future services. Late Arrivals Please contact Karen Connect as soon as possible if you expect to be late. Interpreter availability beyond the scheduled appointment time is not guaranteed, and the full appointment fee may still apply if the session is shortened due to late arrival.
