Cancellation Policy

At Karen Connect, we value the time of our clients and language professionals. To ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality service, we ask that all clients review and adhere to the following policy. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received 48 hours or more before the appointment will not incur any fees. Appointments canceled with the required notice may be rescheduled to a new date and time based on interpreter availability. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment or is unavailable at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice will be charged the full scheduled service fee. If an interpreter arrives at the appointment location or is available for a scheduled phone or video session and the client is unreachable, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future services. Late Arrivals If a client anticipates being late, they should contact Karen Connect as soon as possible. Interpreter availability beyond the scheduled appointment time cannot be guaranteed. The original appointment fee may still apply if the appointment duration is shortened due to a late arrival.
